I hope to put together some star wars blocks from a 1990s swap for may dad for Christmas. He asks me about it every year and it is about time.

I keep buying, not sewing. At this point I'm sooo disorganized that I really need to get my sewing room straightened out. I do, do a block of the month. OK maybe an apron as a gift. But unfortunatly that's about it. ;->

I hope to finish a challenge quilt by mid-December! Thanks for the chance once again, Meg, for a great giveaway!

Oh gah, how much time do you have? This is typically the time of year when I hit the sewing machine HARD so that I can end the year with as much closure as possible. Right now, I'm focusing on finishing up a quilt for the husband! Hunky Dory is probably one of my Top 10 Favorite collections, and I don't think I need to tell you how I feel about charm packs.

I made a rash offer of bathrobes for my children and grandchildren.Luckily, not all have taken me up on it so they'll get the traditional PJs. But I have 12 bathrobes to get going on. As soon as I get a few quilt tops out of the way I'm into the fleece! Charm packs are for January sewing!

I can't think that far ahead. I think I should unstop the sink and fold the laundry, and reconstruct the basement now that the water is dried up.

Janet said...

I really want to make my grandson a quilt for a Christmas present. I've got the fabrics picked - just need to get started.

Nancy Sue said...

I really want to finish the "to be hemmed-or mended" pile before Thanksgiving. I have procrastinated enough and it's only getting bigger. After the holidays are here, it's crazy busy, and I refuse to start the New Year with gradue hanging over from last year. It's not even exciting projects. I soooo want to start some quilt projects in January, so I'm going to take advantage of all those wonderful preholiday Hallmark and lifetime movies, and get 'er done!!

Sheila said...

I have SOOOOO much to finish, I don't even know where to start! Definitely some bags for my sister and sister-in-law, a new scarf, some stockings...this list goes on and on!
